Elizabeth Jackson is a commercial real estate attorney, who primarily focuses on assisting clients with commercial real estate and debt financing transactions.
Elizabeth routinely handles the following matters:
- Representing developers, investors and owners in the acquisition, financing, disposition and leasing of real property.
- Representing borrower and lenders in financing transactions, including acquisition and construction loans, term loan facilities, and asset based secured financings.
- Representing landlords and tenants in drafting and negotiating leases covering a variety of uses in stand-alone and multi-tenant buildings, including leases for general office, restaurant, and retail space.
Elizabeth earned her law degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, California, completing her third year as a visiting student at the University of North Carolina (Chapel Hill). Prior to joining Webb Sanders, Elizabeth was an associate at Hutchens Law Firm in North Carolina where she assisted clients in real estate and business litigation matters.
